Account Executive
Uppsala / Remote Hybrid (EU) · Full-time
Deep Forestry is building the intelligence layer for global nature assets.
We help forest owners, investors, and carbon project developers measure, value, and manage their land with unprecedented precision — using AI, geospatial analytics, and autonomous data pipelines.
As demand for high-quality nature data accelerates, we’re scaling our commercial team with an Account Executive who wants to shape a new category in climate tech and work directly with decision-makers who steward millions of hectares.
About the Role
As an Account Executive at Deep Forestry, you will own the full sales cycle, from discovery to close. You’ll be evangelizing a product that solves major pain points in land management, carbon project development, and environmental reporting. Expect short sales cycles for smaller landowners and longer enterprise cycles for institutional investors, forestry groups, and project developers.
This is a hybrid role based out of our Uppsala office, with flexibility to work remotely across Sweden or the EU.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, loves creating structure where none exists, and wants sales responsibility with real impact.
What You’ll Do
Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to signed contract.
Build and manage a high-quality pipeline across forestry groups, carbon developers, land managers, and nature-based funds.
Lead demos that clearly communicate the value of Deep Forestry’s geospatial monitoring and reporting platform.
Navigate complex stakeholder environments and multiple buyer personas.
Collaborate with the founders on commercial strategy, pricing, and go-to-market refinement.
Provide structured feedback to product and engineering on customer needs, feature gaps, and market signals.
Represent Deep Forestry at investor briefings, conferences, partner events, and customer workshops.
Who You Are
2–6 years of sales experience in geospatial B2B SaaS or enterprise software — ideally selling solutions similar to Hexagon, ESRI, Trimble, Planet, Orbital Insight, or equivalent.
Proven ability to communicate technical capabilities in map-based analytics, geospatial insights, or land data into clear business value.
Comfortable selling into operations, sustainability, investment, or technical/geospatial stakeholders.
Highly proactive, autonomous, and structured — you know how to build pipeline systems that scale.
Motivated by targets and energized by closing meaningful deals.
Passionate about climate, nature tech, or geospatial AI.
Nice to Have
Experience with MRV, carbon markets, or environmental reporting.
Familiarity with forestry, land management, carbon project development, or nature-based asset management.
Experience running multi-stakeholder or enterprise sales cycles.
What We Offer
Competitive salary + performance-based commission.
Equity in a fast-scaling climate AI company.
Office in Uppsala + flexible remote/hybrid setup.
Direct collaboration with founders and early team members.
Real ownership, high autonomy, and steep professional growth.
A mission-driven culture focused on outcomes, impact, and technical excellence.
