What You’ll Do
As our Head of Marketing, you’ll build and own Deep Forestry’s marketing engine from the ground up — shaping how the world understands our mission, technology, and category.
Own and amplify the full marketing and content strategy: brand, narrative, messaging, campaigns, and distribution.
Craft compelling storytelling across our channels — website, thought leadership, case studies, social, email, events, and press.
Create content that educates, influences, and converts, from blog posts and customer stories to videos, decks, and data-driven explainers.
Work closely with product, sales, and founders to translate complex geospatial technology into clear business value.
Experiment relentlessly — test new tactics, measure results, iterate fast, and optimize for growth.
Build foundational systems for scale: processes, KPIs, marketing automation, analytics, and future team structure.
Set the stage for future leadership — this role is a path toward a future CMO position as we grow.
Who You Are
A few years of hands-on marketing experience — startup, agency, or enterprise — where you’ve owned initiatives end-to-end.
A builder at heart: comfortable creating from scratch, operating independently, and figuring out what works.
Strategic and creative, with the ability to craft narratives that resonate with technical, financial, and operational audiences.
Strong storyteller who can combine product understanding, data, and clear messaging.
Comfortable using basic design tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe Suite) — enough to bring ideas to life or guide designers.
Hungry for ownership — excited to build and shape the marketing function, not just execute tasks.
High-growth mindset: aiming big, wanting to scale into a senior leadership or CMO role over time.
